Our guide, Stephanie, picked us up at the time as related the night before via WhatsApp. We were not informed the tour would be conducted in English and Spanish until the last couple was picked up, a total of 8 on the tour. There were stops/things omitted from the itinerary, i.e. the Jokey Club, changing of the guard, etc. We spent half of the tour waiting for the tour guide to answer the Spanish-speaking couple's questions and I'm sure they were just as bored standing around waiting…”
